Artist: Charlie Edmiston
Title: Jaunt #115
Medium: 3 Color Screen Print
Size: 50 x 70 cm
Edition: 50
Price: €300

Charlie Edmiston is a Los Angeles-based abstract artist known for his bold, large-scale works and distinctive use of color and geometric shapes. His artistic journey began with a foundation in graffiti and street art, a background that has influenced his risk-taking and vibrant contemporary style.
A graduate of the Otis College of Art and Design, Edmiston comes from a family of artists, with a calligrapher father and a cartoonist grandmother. This artistic lineage is evident in the dynamic and diverse nature of his work, which seamlessly transitions between large and small scales, and from free-form expression to structured geometric abstraction. His pieces consistently exude a sense of verve and vivacity, challenging viewers with compelling color compositions.
Edmiston's work has been exhibited both nationally and internationally, including shows at Scope Miami, the Urban Art Fair in France, and Avenue des Arts Gallery in California. He gained significant recognition when he was commissioned to create an official, Lucasfilm-licensed portrait of Luke Skywalker for a Star Wars coin, which is now archived in the Lucasfilm archives.
In 2024, at Milan Design Week, Edmiston presented four new works that demonstrated a dialogue between classic mid-century Danish design and California contemporary art. These pieces were specifically inspired by the timeless designs of the late Danish designer Finn Juhl, focusing on color theory, shape, and craftsmanship, mirroring Juhl's unique sculptor-like approach to furniture. This collaboration highlights his versatility and ability to draw inspiration from diverse sources, translating them into his unique abstract visual language.

Tuyo is the creative alias of David Schmitt, a self-taught German printmaker and painter born in the early 1990s and now based between southern Germany and Barcelona. Working without formal art-school training, he has built an international following of more than 63,000 Instagram followers who are drawn to his instantly recognisable “primitivist” aesthetic: bold, flat colour fields, thick black outlines and densely packed patterns that feel simultaneously childlike and ancient
.
Schmitt begins each piece with hand-drawn sketches, then layers acrylic, ink and digital touches to create surreal vignettes where sacred and secular symbols collide angels float beside cassette tapes, tigers guard steaming coffee cups, and jazz musicians wear halos of stars and flowers. The compositions echo medieval illuminated manuscripts, Mexican folk retablos and 1980s skateboard graphics, yet the palette is unmistakably contemporary: candy pinks, toxic greens and metallic golds that pop off the page or wall.
Limited-edition screen prints are produced in small runs on heavyweight cotton paper, often finished with spot varnishes or gold leaf so the surface catches light like a low-relief icon. Original paintings on reclaimed wood panels carry the same reverence for texture, letting rough grain peek through saturated hues, a reminder of the handmade in an increasingly digital world.
Recent collaborations include a capsule collection with apparel label Far A Field, where jazz motifs were translated into embroidered shirts, and a sold-out print release via Drool Art that featured a serene figure whispering “It’s Okay,” a mantra that captures the gentle optimism running through Schmitt’s work. Whether pasted as a wheat-paste alleyway piece or exhibited in Barcelona’s Miscelanea gallery, Tuyo’s art invites viewers to pause, smile and find solace in the playful collision of past and present.

Kristin Texeira 'Marin County - Jaunt #120' Print Pre-Sale Available

Artist: Kristin Texeira
Title: Marin County - Jaunt #120
Medium: 3 Color Screen Print
Size: 50 x 70 cm
Edition: 50
Price: €75

Kristin Texeira is a Massachusetts-born abstract painter who has recently drawn creative energy from Newfoundland, Canada. Raised on Cape Cod and trained at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, she translates memories into luminous fields of colour, using gouache, oil and collage on paper and panel. Her process begins with sketchbook notes about time and place; she then mixes soft pastels and earthy neutrals to evoke the temperature of a moment rather than its exact appearance, allowing the paper to breathe between strokes so light appears embedded in the paint.
A 2019 residency through The Jaunt sent her to Newfoundland’s wind-scoured coast, where fog, fishing stages and iceberg fragments offered new palettes of grey, salt white and cold turquoise. The resulting series captures the island’s vast horizons and sudden weather shifts, turning open skies into horizontal bands of shifting hue that feel both serene and alert. Back in her Brooklyn studio she layers translucent coats, sometimes adding handwritten diary fragments so the finished piece functions as a painted journal.
Exhibitions at Paradigm Gallery, Louis Buhl Detroit and online platforms such as Artsy have placed her work in collections across North America and Europe, while interviews in Metal Magazine and Brixton Broadcast underline her belief that colour can store emotion like a battery. By preserving the hush of Newfoundland cliffs and the warmth of Cape Cod dunes within abstract veils, Kristin Texeira invites viewers to inhabit their own recollections, proving that memory and landscape can coexist on a single luminous sheet.

Hedof 'Wooden Sculpture Set' Available

Artist: Hedof
Title: Wooden Sculpture Set
Medium: Screen Printed Wood on MDF
Size: UNSURE
Edition: 35
Price: €250

Hedof is the one-man creative studio of Dutch illustrator Rick Berkelmans, born in Breda, Netherlands. His instantly recognisable language pairs bold, vector clean shapes with weird, wide eyed characters and a candy store palette that nods to ‘90s skate graphics and Memphis design. Trained in illustration and graphic design, Berkelmans began as a graffiti writer, an experience that taught him to read urban surfaces and react fast skills he now deploys on walls from Seoul’s Lotte World Mall to Hong Kong’s LCX, where his 3D noodle bowls and climbable trees turn shopping centres into playgrounds.
Each commission whether a limited beach towel drawn on a flight to Hong Kong becomes a case study in optimistic problem solving. Berkelmans works entirely by hand, sketching in Procreate before translating flat graphics to murals, screen prints or laser-cut plywood reliefs. The absence of front facing faces (he admits that 3D modelling intimidates him) gives his universe a sidelong, voyeuristic charm, while looping patterns of leaves, tennis nets or checkerboard pools create rhythmic calm within saturated colour fields.
Exhibitions at Parees Mural Festival, Playgrounds and Domestika talks cement his reputation as a bridge between street culture and commercial art. Living with a toy collection that rivals his palette, he still draws daily “because it feels like playing,” proof that professionalism and childlike wonder can coexist under one fluorescent, perfectly balanced composition.
