Seth Armstrong is a contemporary American artist born in 1983 and based in Los Angeles, renowned for his captivating oil paintings of cityscapes, landscapes, and portraits. His distinctive style merges hyperrealism with a dreamy, vibrant aesthetic, focusing on the interplay of light and shadow, particularly during the transitional hours of dawn and dusk.
Armstrong's artistic education began in the Bay Area, where he earned a BFA from the California College of the Arts, including a pivotal year studying painting in Northern Holland.
