Prefab77, whose real name is Peter Manning, is a British contemporary street and fine artist renowned for his bold, graphic style that blends urban decay with high fashion aesthetics. Manning’s artistic journey began in an unconventional setting: as a printmaker and designer in Her Majesty's British Army. This early experience in design and printmaking laid the foundation for his meticulous technique. His career then led him to the fashion and marketing industries, including a significant period living and working in New York City's Lower East Side during the 1990s. The raw, layered street culture of Nolita, clashing with emerging gentrification and luxury brands, profoundly influenced his unique aesthetic, characterized by a mix of acrylic, spray paint, wheatpaste, and varnish.

Prefab77 is the alias of Peter Manning, a British artist who fuses military precision with street energy.
