Brad Hill, often recognized by his online pseudonym Sir Create, is a prolific sculptor and designer originally from the United States. His creative journey began unexpectedly in 2010 when he was gifted a surplus of Play-Doh, leading him to experiment with sculpting small heads and figures. Over time, this hobby evolved into a professional career characterized by highly detailed miniature sculptures that draw heavily from popular culture, including characters from film and television. Currently residing in the rural town of Pigeon, Michigan, Hill has cultivated a dedicated global following despite his self-described isolation from the mainstream art circuit.

The artist is perhaps most famous for his "Peeks" collection, which consists of tiny, hand-painted resin figures forever enclosed in handmade wooden boxes. These sculptures typically stand between three-quarters of an inch and one inch tall, while their cubic enclosures measure approximately one and a half inches. The boxes are designed without an opening mechanism, forcing the viewer to engage with the artwork solely through a small window on the front. Each Peek is released in extremely limited editions, often restricted to just eighteen pieces per character. Because demand significantly outweighs supply, Hill manages the distribution of these pieces through a monthly lottery system to ensure a fair opportunity for collectors to acquire his work.

James Jean is a highly acclaimed Taiwanese-American artist renowned for his captivating and versatile work that seamlessly bridges the gap between commercial illustration and fine art. Born in Taiwan in 1979 and raised in New Jersey, Jean studied at the School of Visual Arts in New York and has since established himself as a prominent figure in the contemporary art world.

Upon graduating in 2001, Jean quickly made a name for himself as a prolific cover artist for DC Comics, most notably for the series Fables and The Umbrella Academy, earning multiple Eisner and Harvey Awards for his intricate and imaginative cover designs. Beyond the comics industry, his commercial clients have included Time Magazine, the New York Times, Linkin Park, Target, and Prada, the latter of which he has collaborated with on several fashion campaigns.

In 2008, Jean shifted his focus from commercial work to concentrate on painting and drawing as a fine artist. His distinctive style blends surrealistic elements, delicate linework, and vibrant colors, drawing inspiration from a wide range of sources, including Art Nouveau, Japanese woodblock prints (Ukiyo-e), and Chinese silk scroll paintings. His work, which often features dream-like narratives and fantastical creatures, is characterized by its meticulous detail and ability to evoke a sense of whimsical melancholy.

Now based in Los Angeles, James Jean exhibits his work in galleries and museums worldwide, with pieces in the permanent collection at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco and past displays at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. He has also created celebrated posters for major films like Everything Everywhere All at Once and Blade Runner 2049. His continuous exploration of both traditional and digital mediums and his ability to blend Eastern and Western cultural aesthetics have solidified his position as one of his generation's most influential and admired artists.
