Born in 1975, the French artist known as Bom.K is a central figure in the contemporary graffiti and urban art movement. His real name is Nicolas Clément, and he rose to prominence as a founding member of the influential Da Mental Vaporz crew, which was established in 1999. Based in the suburbs of Paris, Clément began his artistic journey in the early 1990s, honing his skills on the walls of industrial zones and railway sidings. His work is characterized by a dark, surrealist aesthetic that explores the visceral and often grotesque aspects of the human condition.

Clément is renowned for his technical mastery of the aerosol spray can, using it to create intricate textures and anatomical distortions that blur the line between the organic and the mechanical.
