Meme Machine 'Chemical Meme Skull' White & Black Print Release Details

Here are two more killer pieces by new comer Meme Machine. These prints are part of his 'Self Medicated Society, An easy Pill to Swallow' series and these NEW prints are both called 'Chemical Meme Skull' and are available in your choice of black or white? Each version is a 420 x 594mm Ultrachrome giclee print. The white version above is printed on 325GSM Ultrasmooth fine art paper with an edition size of 10 for $60 each. The black version below is printed on 375GSM unstretched matte canvas with an edition size of 3 for $125 each. Both versions come signed and numbered by the artist. These will be online at a random time on Tuesday May 4th, 2010.

Obey 'New York City' Print Series Preview

The MAY DAY show will be the first opportunity to pick up these new screen prints based on paintings I did for the show. There will be a very limited release of  each of the Iggy Pop and Debbie Harry prints signed by them at the show… extra special. The prints will be only sold in person and night of the opening.  A future release of the prints will be available on OBEY.  There will also be small quantities of many of the prints that already sold out over the past year. Don’t worry the prices will be reasonable.

...then there is this print below of Muhammad Ali. I am not really sure why this was added to this series? it does not belong really mesh well with the other five prints above. I find this image too dark and ominous in comparison...but it is a beautiful print of the aged legend himself, so much amazing background pattern work!!

Flavio Melchiorre 'Subrealistic Portrait' + 'Hands' Prints Available

 

Here is a really well done print called 'Subrealistic Portrait' from artist Flavio Melchiorre. This is a 12 x 17 inch giclee on 170GSM snow Raster paper with an edition size of 50, comes signed and numbered by the artist for £35 each. Jay Ryan + Aaron Horkey 'Versus' Print Release Details

Here is the upcoming collab called 'Versus' by SUPER artists Jay Ryan and Aaron Horkey. This is a 25 colour 30 x 13 inch screenprint. There will be a regular release (above) of 130 prints for $300 each, there is also a second 'remarque' version (below) comes with a hand drawn title and wicked drawn animal details with an edition size of 20 for $600 each. These will be available Monday April 26th at 1pm EST.

Robert Lee 'Spring Kitty' Green + Cranberry Prints Available

Here is another couple wicked art prints from the crew at Methane Studios. These are by artist Robert Lee and above is called 'Spring Kitty' Green and below is Cranberry. These are both 18 x 24 inch screenprints with an edition size of 50 for the green and edition size of 30 for the cranberry, they come signed and numbered by the artist for $25 each. "Some things are itty and some things are bitty but our favorite cat is living in the city. Winter has melted and the colors are so pretty, all the rats are dead in the belly of "Spring Kitty."

M-City '293' + M-City '294'' Prints Available

Here are the prints being released by artist M-City. These will be available through Brooklynite Gallery as part of the 'EUROTRASH' art show with Norwegian artist Dolk. The above print is called 'M-City 293' and below is 'M-City 294'. These are both 19 x 27.5 inch two colour hand sprayed stencil prints with edition sizes of 50 and will cost $175 each. "Hand-cut & sprayed stencil image. Using his graphic brand of stencil artillery that includes images of smoke-stack factories, cogs and gears, steam ships, and repetitive city blocks, M-CITY redefines the Industrial Revolution. That same crushing imagery is transferred seamlessly to his deliberate, gray-scale canvases and prints which could easily be passed off as Cold War propaganda."
