Liam Roberts is an award-winning artist and designer from Cheltenham in the United Kingdom. He has built a reputation for creating harmonious geometric forms that blend precision with a sense of playfulness. His creative output is diverse, spanning painting, linocut, and giclee prints, as well as three dimensional abstract wood reliefs. This multidisciplinary approach is deeply rooted in his formal education in Design Communication and Visual Language at the University of the West of England, where he graduated in 2011.

His artistic style is heavily influenced by the principles of the Bauhaus, particularly the color theories of Josef Albers, alongside the works of Barbara Hepworth and Wim Crouwel. By utilizing a background in professional design, Roberts distills complex ideas into their simplest forms, focusing on the relationship between physical spaces and human interaction. His work often explores how geometric shapes and shadows can evoke connection and contemplation in the viewer.

In addition to his studio practice, Roberts has received significant recognition, including being named Painter of the Year by The Arts Gallery Rotterdam in 2021 and winning Artfinder's Sculpture of the Year award in 2024 for his relief sculpture titled Apricity. He has exhibited his work internationally in major cities such as London, Madrid, and Milan.
