Aaron Horkey 'Agalloch' Prints Release Details

So today is the day that artist the 'Agalloch' prints by artist Aaron Horkey will be released. These will both be 18 x 24 inch screenprints. The regular edition above will have an edition size of 170 for $60 each and the variant below will have an edition size of 40 and will cost $120 each. These will be available at 3pm EST today Friday February 25th

Aaron Horkey 'Suite 2' Prints Release Details

Dead Arts Publishing is pleased to announce the second installment of Aaron Horkey's Retrospective Letterpress Series.

This suite will be available on the 25th of October, Suite 2 of this 6 part series features exact scale reproductions of 3 selected illustrations from Aaron's body of work to date.

The prints in this suite will be letterpress printed on Somerset Velvet Radiant White 330GSM fine art paper and masterfully crafted to the highest standards for beautifully precise reproductions.

Included in the second installment of this series are; Cecropia, Megaloceros and The Sentinel.

With Cecropia and Megaloceros previously published as large format serigraph posters for Boris and Cable and The Sentinel serving as the foreground imagery in Aaron's classic art print 'Whale Bone Grove', these new art prints showcase Aaron's beautiful illustrations as he created them. Absent their event related text treatments and produced in a sharply beautiful black ink letterpress format allows for a wholly new presentation for these images.

In continuation of Aaron's chess themed works for this series, we're very excited to introduce a new illustration entitled 'The Pawn'. This complimentary bonus print is included exclusively with all Suite 2 purchases and represents the second of six installments in this series.

Suite 2 is priced at $280 and will only be offered for four hours on October 25th, from 2pm until 6pm EST. These editions will be limited solely to the orders received during this ordering period and will not be reprinted.

Purchasers of our initial Suite 1 offering of the series will also retain their personal edition numbers to continue their number matched sets. Due to logistical constraints, this service was unfortunately only available with the initial offering.

Aaron Horkey 'Midwestern Heart' Print SNEAK PEEK

Here is a little gem that came across my MacBook Pro. This is called 'Midwestern Heart' and it is by uber artist Aaron Horkey. This is being released in conjunction with his upcoming show at The Remick Gallery in Windom, Minn. This is a 4 colour 18 x 26 inch screenprint. There is no word on the price yet but I would assume $150-$200 ballpark. This will be available at the show and then if there are any leftovers they will go online. I will repost all the specifics then.

Aaron Horkey Letterpress Suite # 1 Release Details

Here are some fantastic close up photos of artist Aaron Horkey's Letterpress print being released on Friday June 18th from 1pm EST to 5pm EST on a timed release at Deadarts. The first suite of prints is going to be $260. It will included in the first installment of this series are; The Scavenger, Drifting Monument and Goatmeal. Which all were previously published as large format serigraph concert posters for Fantomas, Racebannon and The Melvins.

Jay Ryan + Aaron Horkey 'Versus' Print Release Details

Here is the upcoming collab called 'Versus' by SUPER artists Jay Ryan and Aaron Horkey. This is a 25 colour 30 x 13 inch screenprint. There will be a regular release (above) of 130 prints for $300 each, there is also a second 'remarque' version (below) comes with a hand drawn title and wicked drawn animal details with an edition size of 20 for $600 each. These will be available Monday April 26th at 1pm EST.
