Here is the most recent release from my buddy, Mr Brainwash. This 22 x 30 inch print is called 'Big Ben' a spray paint and stencil on cream colored archival paper, comes signed and numbered by the artist with an edition of 100 for only $75 each.

The long awaited Bronze version of the Bunny Boy. These sculptures took us 2 years to perfect. They have been jewelry cast by one of the best bronzer's in the U.S, Raneri Sculpture Casting, right here in New York City. The patina is a deep leathery brown which is a bit tough to get a feel for on the site but looks amazing in person. These Bunny Boys are lovely, heavy, and looking for a good home. They are stamped with a foundry mark on the bottom and edition marked 01-10.

These become available Friday June 19th between 3-4pm EST

Aaron Horkey 'Eryops Rising' Print Release Info

Aaron Horkey 'Eryops Rising' Burlesque Edition of 100 Size: 8.5 x 11 Inches(ish)

Word is that Aaron Horkey from Burlesque is going to be dropping this print called 'Eryops Rising'. Trick is, there are going to be two versions. One version is for Burlesque (above) 8 colors on French Whitewash edition of 100 with 10 a/p's + 10 p/p's and the other version is for Japanese Mega Fauna which is the red variant below will have an edition of only 60 with 6 a/p's + 6 p/p's. I will re-post when the exact details are emailed to me!! 'Eryops Rising' is also being used for an upcoming album cover by musicians Fog/Jesu. The first collaborative work in the Kissing Kin series each record release will include a limited edition print from the featured artist. Fog/Jesu's art print is by Wes Winship and Aaron Horkey

Shepard Fairey is arguably the most famous artist of the Arkitip alumni group, and could quite possibly be the artist most remembered of his generation. We celebrate Shepard's methods not only because they are beautiful and effective but also because he took on the mainstream art establishment and after 20 long years, he seems to be winning.

His recent rise to popularity punctuated by his support of the Obama Presidential campaign has made Shepard Fairey a household name. His iconic portrait of Barack Obama has come to symbolize the historic campaign of the first African American to be elected President and now that image graces the National Portrait Gallery at the Smithsonian. He's an artist who stands by what he believes in and has done more to communicate his causes to the masses than most of his contemporaries, which is admirable on any level. His campaigns have done more to shape the public consciousness than any other artist because you don't have go to a gallery to see his work, its ubiquity is well established.

This issue will be truly historic, as we celebrate 20 Years of Shepard's seminal Obey campaign. Because Shepard has not been a guest of Arkitip magazine since issue edition No. 0003, this reunion collaboration has been long overdue and is a guaranteed to be another groundbreaking Arkitip classic.

Angel Gonzales 'Da Street Corner' Print Release

Angel Gonzales 'Da Street Corner' Edition of 26 Size: 18 x 24 Inches

Angel Gonzalez's debut silkscreen print, titled 'Da Street Corner' is a one colour (metallic gold) 18 x 24 inch screen print. The screens were shot in the sun using a hand cut rubylith with an edition size of 26. Angel is an artist who now operates out of Los Angeles but he originates from Washington Heights, Manhattan NYC. Angel draws on his experience of growing up in NYC during the early years of hip hop (early 80's) and the evolution of what we now call classic hip hop (Tribe Called Quest, Eric B and Rakim, Gangstarr, etc). Although Angel never participated in graffiti, his style is strongly influenced by late 70's early 80's New York graffiti mixed with some modern day influence from his favorite artist Daim and many others. This print goes out to persevering the 4 elements of hip hop.
