Andrew Scott is an American artist who turns destruction into beauty by painting on broken frames and shattered glass. Born in 1991 he grew up in rural Pennsylvania where he studied illustration at the local community college before moving to Philadelphia to pursue fine art. Scott began experimenting with damaged materials after noticing how cracks in a window resembled lightning across a night sky. He now collects discarded mirrors cracked picture frames and fragments of tempered glass from abandoned buildings then layers oil acrylic and spray paint directly onto the jagged surfaces. The resulting portraits and abstract landscapes appear to explode outward while remaining delicately held together by gravity and resin.

Each composition balances chaos and control as brushstrokes follow the lines of fracture turning splinters into petals and shards into rays of light. Scott describes his process as a conversation with chance because every crack dictates where the image can and cannot go. Recent series explore themes of resilience memory and the fragmented self inviting viewers to see brokenness as a form of honest storytelling. His work has been exhibited in galleries across the East Coast and is held in private collections throughout the United States. By transforming trash into luminous art Scott challenges conventional ideas of value and permanence proving that even the most shattered surface can hold a complete and powerful vision.

Emu 'Temporary Escapism' Print Available

Artist: Emu
Title: Temporary Escapism
Medium: 6 Color Screen Print
Size: 67 x 67 cm
Edition: 35
Prices: £350

Emu is a self taught contemporary artist from Osaka Japan whose vibrant mixed media works fuse manga aesthetics with urban street energy. Born in 1983 Emu grew up surrounded by the neon soaked visuals of Japanese pop culture and the raw graffiti that covered city walls. These influences merge in paintings that layer acrylic ink spray paint and collage onto canvas wood and even vintage manga pages. Central to Emus imagery are wide eyed characters whose exaggerated expressions hover between innocence and rebellion. Bold outlines flat color fields and dynamic brushwork create a sense of movement that recalls both classic anime cels and the immediacy of tag art. Emu often incorporates Japanese text and fragmented comic panels inviting viewers to piece together narratives that feel personal yet universally nostalgic.

Recent bodies of work explore themes of identity consumerism and the tension between tradition and modernity in contemporary Japan. Solo exhibitions in Tokyo Kyoto and international fairs have brought Emu a growing global following while collaborative projects with apparel brands and music labels extend the art beyond gallery walls. Whether painting a large outdoor mural or an intimate panel Emu approaches each surface with the same restless curiosity layering translucent glazes and gestural marks until the piece pulses with life. The result is a visual language that speaks to anyone who has ever felt caught between worlds finding beauty in chaos and connection in color.

Adrian Landon Brooks 'Works On Paper' Prints Available

Artist: Adrian Landon Brooks
Title: Works On Paper
Medium: Deckled Serigraphs
Size: 11 x 14 Inches Each
Edition: 40
Prices: $100 Each or $200/Set

Adrian Landon Brooks is an American artist born in Houston Texas in 1983 who now lives and works in the woods outside Austin. He studied painting at the San Francisco Art Institute and has developed a distinctive desert folk aesthetic that merges spiritual symbolism with roughhewn materials. Brooks combs burn piles at sawmills junk shops and antique stores searching for weathered wood corroded metal and faded photographs whose patina he refuses to strip. Once an object speaks to him he answers with acrylic ink pastel and pencil applying serene faces celestial bodies blooming flowers and geometric altars that hover between ancient icon and contemporary dream.

A consistent pastel palette of peach mint and lilac softens the melancholy themes of love loss and redemption that run through his work creating a gentle dissonance that soothes while it unsettles. The artist credits his early days writing graffiti with teaching him color composition and urgency lessons that still guide his bold concise imagery. Recent murals include commissions for the San Antonio Spurs and large scale walls across Texas while gallery exhibitions like Siren Song reveal a more deliberate dialogue with Egyptian and pan Mediterranean forms. Whether painting on a shard of barn wood or a full city wall Brooks hopes viewers leave with wonder detached from the here and now feeling the ritual pulse that connects handmade mark to timeless story.

Ben Frost is an Australian contemporary artist born in 1975 who has gained international recognition for his bold, irreverent Pop Art that subverts mainstream media iconography. Educated at Queensland College of Art, Frost has exhibited internationally for over two decades with solo shows in London, New York, Sydney, Los Angeles, Toronto, Singapore, Berlin, Miami, and San Francisco.
