In association with the Alamo Drafthouse we are proud to offer "Dead Man" a limited edition giclee print accented with letterpress filigree based on the original painting by Aaron Horkey. This print was produced in the style of a period advertisement piece for the film and a nod to Mr. Blake's own publishing efforts. This giclee edition has been produced on 505gsm Somerset Velvet 100% cotton acid-free paper with the uncompromising eye of Geoff Graham of Graham Editions. Mr. Graham's state of the art digital capturing system produces unparalleled image quality, coupled with his expertise in color management, ensured a beautiful reproduction. The masterful hands of award winning printer Gerald Lange of The Bieler Press have produced the spectacular letterpress filigree accents on the image, a first for our field. Drawing from his wealth of experience and vast knowledge of his craft, Mr. Lange's precisely executed work adds the perfect finish to this edition. Mr. Horkey has editioned these with his his signature deluxe serif numbering and painstakingly hand gocco printed the reverse. Word on the street, is that the next Obey print in the series of atheletes will be super golfer Tiger Woods. Above pictured is what I hope the design is based on, Tiger's fist pump is golf's version of the slam dunk. Maybe the next print after Tiger should be a hockey print of Wayne Gretzky or  Sydney Crosby in the same black colourway as Dilla was done in. Come on Obey listen up!!!

Mr Brainwash 'World Class' Print Release

Here is the last of the recent releases from Mr Brainwash, this is called 'World Class'. This 13 color 38 x 25 inch screen print on hand stained archival art paper with an edition of 21. Each print has an individually finished with spray paint stencil balloon in a unique spot. These will come signed, numbered and with thumb print on back of the print for $500 each. Check it out HERE
