These are by far the classiest of the 3 Japanese Fabric Patterns he has released so far this year. A very Victorian feel to this set of 4 prints. I hope she likes it... This chicken-legged tree house is made of soft felt. It does stand on its own, but it's a wee bit wobbly, but can be picked up and set back down again sturdily. This item is most certainly not for children! Those little wire claws are very sharp. This listing is for the square-shaped tree house shown only. Each tree house is entirely hand-sewn, so yours may vary slightly from the one pictured - variances are extremely slight however and are mostly in regard to the placement of the embroidery stitching."
